Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer success services for enterprise clients, fostering mutual trust and collaborative relationships. Aid enterprise clients in deriving business value and success from cloud service platform solutions.
- Develop a profound understanding of data governance products and application scenarios. Accurately assess the perspectives of various stakeholders, including customers and partners, to effectively guide solutions.
- Master data governance products extensively. Assist clients in constructing solutions tailored to their requirements.
- Support the development and replication of platform product projects, contributing to the business success of platform products.
Skill Requirements:
- Demonstrate experience in planning, designing, and implementing projects within cloud services and artificial intelligence.
- Possess substantial expertise in solution design, including customer research, business model analysis, solution documentation, and effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Accumulate over 5 years of IT-related work experience in relevant industries. Exhibit a strong inclination for innovation, fast learning, and eagerness to engage in forward-looking initiatives.
- Preferred experience in data analysis, data modeling, data mining, and business insight projects.
Knowledge Requirements:
- Familiarity with any of the following business domains: cloud computing, big data, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and Internet of Things (IoT).
- Knowledge of operating within specific industries or background knowledge of related industries is advantageous.
