Customer Engineer
Responsible for customer support through on-site installation, enabling tool performance through quality repair/
troubleshooting of critical processes and preventive maintenance at customer sites. Analyzes tool output data and problem
solve directly with customers’ on-site engineers. Participates in projects to manage costs, improves equipment uptime and
drives continuous improvement.
Process Support Engineer
Drives the adoption of new process technologies at the customer sites. Works closely with customer to optimize tool
performance to meet customer process and integration requirements through design of experiments. Obtains tool performance
information and process trends by analysis of data through software applications. Provides highly visible customer support
through the performance of on-site installation, overseeing necessary diagnoses, solving complex technical issues and driving
continuous improvement projects.
Process Engineer (R&D)
Works closely with customers to identify and provide solutions to high value complex technical problems and provides
solutions. Compiles and performs analysis of data to assist in driving process improvement and engineering projects.
Troubleshoots problems, performs Root Cause Analysis and resolves process engineering issues.
Manufacturing Engineer
Develops, implements and maintains methods, operation processes in the manufacturing or fabrication of parts, components,
sub-assemblies and final assemblies. Interfaces with other engineering functions in coordinating the release of new products.
Launches, releases, approves and implements engineering change orders to support design engineering for new and existing
products.
Testing Engineer
Evaluates, designs and manages test fixture projects. Performs test fixture preventive maintenance and calibration activities.
Uses basic engineering and DFx principles to estimate and reduce test fixture development costs. Works closely with other
test engineers and Business Units to coordinate the deployment of new test fixtures.
Procurement
Reviews cost of materials, participates in contract negotiations and oversees purchases of materials and supplies. Develops
good relationships with suppliers and evaluates supplier quality against performance benchmarks to ensure supplier quality
and continuous improvement. Works with team members to gather and analyze market intelligence to develop strategic
sourcing strategies.
Supply Chain Planner
Ensures materials are provided on-time to the Manufacturing and Engineering teams by optimizing inventory control and
management systems. Analyzes usage data trends to optimize inventory control and management to ensure parts availability
and optimal stock levels. Improves existing inventory management systems and assists in the design and development of
new systems.
