Liaising with multiple teams and dealers to ensure customer’s applications are duly completed.
Provide support to the business development team on their daily BAU, such as disbursement and loan processing.
Screening of loan documentation, data entry, and maintain data accuracy in the system.
Follow up with dealers /customers for documentation rework.
Assist in generating and issuance of Invoices/billing to business partners/customers.
Potential to cross-train in other product’s support roles.
To perform ad-hoc initiatives/projects.
