About the role:
- Conceptualize, develop and deliver customized experiential learning solutions, in the subject of Leadership Development, Strategy, Finance, and/or Innovation, including information gathering from key client stakeholders to match specific needs and business objectives of global and regional clients
- Grow local/regional revenues for the Leadership and Coach Practice in APAC by increasing share of wallet within existing clients
- Facilitate senior-level workshops to develop business, leadership, strategy, business, innovation acumen, and manage change in regional blue-chip clients.
- Be the Subject-Matter-Expert to support BTS account managers in growing their existing accounts by cross-selling Leadership and Management solutions
- Master the existing Leadership and Management portfolio of solutions and facilitate training workshops
- Work collaboratively with team members across BTS business practices and regions
This person will be located in Singapore and travel regularly, mainly across Asia.

Candidates must show:
- At least 13 - 20 years of experience with an excellent track record in developing and delivering talent solutions, particularly in the field of Leadership Development. Prior experience in business or commercial area, would be an added advantage.
- Experience in selling consulting services or leadership training with a demonstrated track record of achievement in a variety of industries
- Certification or prior experience in psychometric assessments and its application in leadership development will be an advantage
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with an authentic and confident presence that builds credibility and trust
- Ability to conceptualize and sell a vision, then design or co-create corresponding solutions
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple streams of work at high quality
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight timelines
- A mature, humble, professional, and hands-on team player
- Alignment with BTS values, including client centricity and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluency in spoken and written English (Ability to facilitate workshops in other Asian languages will be a plus)
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment, ideally in Asia
