Job Responsibilities
· Playing major role in organizing, planning, developing and coordinating sales and marketing strategies for high performance chemical products.
· Leading team up to 5 direct reports to the agreed standards and to conduct marketing study, monitoring competitors, netback comparison and other special projects to improve product marketability and profitability.
· Development of new business through collaboration with suppliers and partners.
· Liaising with customers, distributors and suppliers and develop strong working relationship.
· Control and educate new sales partner in targeted markets & products.
· Maintain and improving the regional sales in assigned regions (SEA/Oceania/India/ME).
· Reporting sales analysis, sales plan and market situation to Japan Head Office in Japanese.
· Regular communication and information sharing with Head Office and other regional offices to share market information.
· Assisting in directing and monitoring the overall performance of the company.
· Effective liaison, support and assistance with the whole of the organization.
Requirements
· Holding bachelor’s degree.
· Minimum 10 years of experience in Chemicals, Pharmaceutical and dental materials sales.
· Must have knowledge and expertise in dangerous, toxic, corrosive, explosive and flammable chemicals.
· Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans.
· Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company.
· Outstanding ability to analyze, solve problems, negotiation.
· Knowledge of Microsoft 365 office features.
· Proficient in Japanese to liaise with Head Office and being able to make report with Word/Excel in Japanese.
Able to travel at least 50% in a month to visit customers and oversea distributors
