Job Description
- Provide general administrative and human resources support including data entry, copying and up-to date leave application, training matters, petty cash and timesheet checking.
- Ensure that accurate and complete accounting, reporting and internal control application and systems are functioning and that relevant records are properly maintained.
- Perform all administrative matters which includes filing and documentation, order office supplies etc.
- Facilitate internal communication including emails, letters, disseminate of information and etc.
- Update & tabulating monthly manpower report.
- Assist project manager on general administrative support to site project.
- Under the Workplace Safety & Health Act, employees have a duty to keep their workplace and colleagues safe by following safety and health procedures; reporting unsafe acts and incidents; and not tampering with safety devices or performing willful/reckless acts.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of GCE N/O Levels/Diploma in any field or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Good people and communication skills with ability to interact with people of all levels.
- A good team player who possesses drive, initiative and ability to work independently.
- Resourceful, adaptable, well-organised and meticulous with an eye for detail.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment to meet tight deadlines.
- Competent in MS Office.
- Comfortable to travel to site office as and when required.
