RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned :
- Maintain and ensure the IT systems, such as network administration, servers, desktop systems, office systems & etc. are well maintained and operate reliably. Duties include: regular monitoring, preventive maintenance, security patches, backup, recovery, review and upgrade.
- Responsible for all day-to-day IT related matters and to provide technical support for both hardware and software issues the users encounter as well as provide relevant IT training to the users.
- Manage end user accounts, permissions, access rights, and storage allocations in accordance with best practices for computers, email, applications and change request for all locations.
- Implement information security policies and governance to ensure compliance controls with commercial and legal requirements are met.
- Ensure security of data, network access, backup systems and maintain updated documentation of all IT systems.
- Assist with vendor evaluation, recommendation and negotiations. Manage third party vendors to ensure services and support are delivered in accordance with Service Agreement.
- Liasie with external providers for all business operating systems for any troubleshooting and their maintenance.
- Monitor current and future trends, technology and information that will enhance company’s growth.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of all local IT assets/inventory and asset configuration documentation.
- Develop required reports in response to business user and management needs.
- Administer and maintain the group’s Office 365 in all locations.
- Assist in any IT related ad-hoc projects when needed in all locations.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years experience in IT managerial role.

- Webside development, hosting management, WordPress, Magendo
