Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day Plating manufacturing operations.
- Support in KPI Indicator for the Department
- Assist in any analysis and troubleshooting of any production troubles
- Improve on daily Plating yield, analyze and reduce defect rate, wastage, and downtime.
- Assist in optimization of Plating production & resources
- Ensure & sustain Plating Production process and engineering functions.
- Engage in process, productivity & quality improvement projects.
- Supports in necessary data compilation and analysis for Plating Production
- Assist in investigation & report writing for any Customer complaint
- Observe Safety and 5 ‘S’
Requirements:
- Diploma in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing environment, especially production/ plating
- Good knowledge & well versed in Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Applicants must be willing to work in Tuas
