1) Min Diplo in Building/Construction
2) Min 4 years experience in landed residential houses
3) Able to prepare construction schedules
4) Understand the construction sequences and oversee daily operation at site
5) Able to liaise with architects, engineers, subcontractors and clients
6) Responsible for the upkeep of documentation on project matters and transport workers to job sites
7) Report and assist project manager
