Core Responsibilities & Opportunities
- Liaise with hiring managers on recruitment needs, design and implement overall recruiting strategy
- Develop, propose and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals/social media/colleges etc
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, aptitudes as well as culture fit with our environment
- Support HR team with various tasks including onboarding of new team members, creating a great team culture & organizing team events
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Responsible for foreign workers employment and work permit matters (application/renewal/cancellation)
- Promote company’s reputation as an Employer of Choice
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management
Job Requirement(s)
- At least a Diploma or equivalent qualification in any field
- Proven work experience (at least 2 years) as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)

- Excellent networking in the F&B industry
- Good understanding of the HR principles and practices including Employment Act
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
- Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate verbal and written mandarin to mandarin speaking candidates
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork orientation with ability to manage cross-functional and institutional relationships
- Good working attitude & self-driven
