Position: Sales and Marketing Executive (Toys Retail Industry/Lifestyle Industry) - CK (18881)
Job Description
- Sales in charge of the assigned SEA countries (Malaysia, Indonesia & Thailand), act as main window person to distributors
- Pursue sales growth, develop sales strategic plan and achieve company sales target
- Handle distributors' inquiry, request and complaints appropriately
- Communicate with internal parties for resources and operation support for sales growth
- Introduce new products to distributors, collect order, analyse and monitor order situation
- Prepare strategic proposal and reports for sales review
- Closely follow up with distributors for sales expansion actions, promotion and events
- Answer distributors' inquiries and coordinate internally to fulfil customer request and solve ac hoc issues
- Foster strong relationship with distributors to collect market/competitor information
- Collect sales data from distributors to monitor sales situation in the market
- Support distributors on promotion/ event arrangement, e.g. designs materials, license check, display samples, etc
- Control and monitor usage of A&P from customer side to do cost effective promotions.
- Monitor distributors' payment and product shipment status
- Hold monthly meeting with distributors
- Estimate and submit updated sales forecast monthly
- Prepare sales report and present in monthly sales meeting
- Coordinate business trip itinerary for meeting with distributors, market survey, event visit, etc
- Conduct market survey to understand market situation and report to internal for reference.
- Find new distributor for new business opportunity
Job Requirement
- Min Degree in any related fields discipline and above
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience required
- Familiar with JP anime and IP Trend will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Words)
- Able to travel for business trip at least once in a month.
