Minimum Degree in any field and 2yrs minimum prior experience in Sales & marketing and or Customer Service.
Responsibilities:
Supervising , guiding & monitoring the sales team.
Ensuring that the store is clean and well-maintained at all times.
Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers.
Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
Ensuring that the store is adequately stocked with required products.
To develop new business and increase customer base.
Identifies marketing opportunities of new customers.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and customer service.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong management and leadership skills.
Effective communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Work independently and Multitasking.
Able to work under pressure.
