LVMH Fragrances & Cosmetics Singapore is currently looking for a talented individual to join its Supply Chain team (80 persons based in Singapore / covering 7 brands: Dior, Guerlain, Fresh, Make Up For Ever, Benefit Cosmetics, Parfums Givenchy, Kenzo), currently managing the physical distribution to the growing Cosmetics business of the whole APAC region.


The Supply Chain Business Process Owner will support the fast trend through structuration and roll out of Supply Chain Operational Excellence.


He/She will lead Supply Chain projects of capacity, transformation and system, continuous improvement, data and sustainability, covering pillars of Planning and Customer Service, Logistics, Quality, and Regulatory, across APAC subsidiaries and Singapore platform.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


As Supply Chain Business Process Owner, under the direction of the Supply Chain Business Process Manager APAC, you are accountable for leading Supply Chain projects within APAC region among the following scopes:


  • Transformation and systems, including but not limited to OMS, WMS, Anaplan and all business process with different departments associated. The scope will cover from project design, implementation, test, go live to hypercare.
  • Capacity, including but not limited to LFCS Capacity 2033. The scope will cover all data collection, data analysis, communication across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Data & Business Intelligence, including but not limited to APAC Planning BI, APAC Logistics BI and Worldwide BI. The scope will cover business understanding, new measurement and report design, change request collection and analysis, technical brief to Beauty Tech, test and deployment.
  • Continuous improvement, including but not limited to SAP evolution and RPA governance. The scope will cover business understanding, solution design, change request collection and analysis, technical brief, test and deployment.

You are accountable for responding innovation initiatives standing at the forehand of the market and business trend, to study the feasibility, plan budget and resource, and monitor implementation afterwards.


You are the bridge between Central and regional/subsidiary, as well as the pivot, ensuring long term sustainability, animating your regional community and maintaining strong relationships between various teams.

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor degree or above in science or engineering
  • 5+ years working experience
