**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Waiter to join our team in Singapore. The Senior Waiter will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring smooth operations in the dining area, and maximizing revenue through upselling techniques. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in customer service, food and beverage knowledge, and familiarity with point of sale systems.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests
- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Utilize upselling techniques to increase revenue
- Ensure food safety standards are maintained at all times
- Set tables and maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the menu to assist customers with their selections
