Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties
- Receive incoming calls, reply to emails, and attend to walk-ins
- Handle Training Management System (TMS)
- Managing marketing tools
- Monitor and analyse engagement through multiple platforms
- Manage social media platforms to build our media arm community across different channels
- Design marketing materials for publicity
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma Holder
- Strong communication skills
- IT savvy
- Preferably with experience in administrative and marketing work
- Good understanding of latest trends and changing social media landscape
- Knowledge in design and photo-editing software will be an advantage
- Able to multi-task & work independently with minimum supervision
