**Job Title: Bar Supervisor**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team. The Bar Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bar, managing inventory, training staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bar operations, possess excellent leadership skills, and have a passion for delivering exceptional service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage inventory levels and ordering of bar supplies
- Train and mentor bar staff on best practices and procedures
- Utilize POS system to process orders and track sales
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of beverages and mixology
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards
- Oversee all aspects of bar operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Provide outstanding customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Develop and manage budgets to optimize profitability
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
