Job Description
- Responsible in developing corporate ticketing sales function
- Handle all aspects of travel agency operations including managing travel bookings/quotations and 24/7 after hours emergency hotline
- Provide expert knowledge to different clientele in areas of flight routings, accommodation requirements, visa requirements, car rental, and other related travel services
Job Requirement
- Diploma and preferably 2 years of operations experience in the airport
- Proactive and motivated team player with good interpersonal skill
- Self-driven and independent with a strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet deadlines
- Candidate must be able to work rotating shift, including weekends and evenings
