**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Admin cum HR Executive to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both administrative and human resources functions, with a focus on Microsoft Office proficiency, payroll processing, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, policy development, data entry, onboarding, and conflict resolution.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and HR operations
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and interviewing
- Handle employee relations matters and provide support in performance management
- Administer benefits programs and assist in policy development
- Conduct data entry and maintain HR records
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires
- Resolve conflicts and issues within the organization
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in both administrative and HR roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Singapore
