Responsibilities:
- Active participation in contributing towards sales goals
- Identification, pursuit and generation of new clienteles
- Build strong relationships with existing clienteles
- Implementation of systems to enhance operations between the department and the rest of the company
- Responsible for selling function rooms, corporate and wedding packages
- Propose menu and sales quotations to customers & follow-up
- Maintain correspondence on database
- Achieve sales targets
- Ensure the highest standard of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- An energetic individual with 2 years in a similar capacity
- Strong sales skills focused on achieving monthly goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good sales track records and commercially astute
- Experience in both banquet sales and catering would be advantages
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications and relevant software
- Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and relationship building skills
- Highly organized, efficient and detailed oriented
- Independent with positive attitude, attention to detail and accuracy
