Senior Accounts Executive, Accounts Receivables

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to join our team on a 1 year contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the accounts
receivables function, including but not limited to billing, collections, and resolving customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and send out invoices to customers in a timely manner
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivables
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions related to accounts receivables
- Prepare reports on accounts receivables performance and aging
- Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to address customer billing issues
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Provide support to the finance team as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in accounts receivables or related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in SAP, ERP (any), Microsoft Excel and accounting software will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- CPA/ ACCA certification is a plus
