We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Senior Accounts Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with extensive experience in
managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and analyzing financial data.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts
receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and potential areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
- Manage and mentor junior accounting staff
- Work closely with other departments to provide financial support and analysis
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent, with 1-2 years of general accounting experience
- Sense of initiative and responsibility with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical and meticulous, a team player
- Proficient with MS Office especially
