- Recruitment and selection for support and assigned positions
- Manage complete process of all foreign work passes (EP/SP/DP) applications, renewals and terminations.
- Manage the payroll & CPF & insurance matters, including statutory submission (CPF, Government paid leave, Foreign tax clearance, etc.), as well as e-filing (IR8E).
- Involvement and partnering in policy implementation
- Oversee General Administrative Matters
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Good experience with work permit management- application, renewal, appeal, and cancellation
- Able to multi-task under pressure
- Minimum of 4 - 5 years' work experience in the field of HR
- With experience in agency is a plus
