We're currently seeking an exceptional office manager to support our team.

As we continue to make a dent in the universe, one project at a time, we're looking for someone who can manage the day-to-day operations with excellence, ensuring that our team is fully supported in their endeavors.
Office Administrative Matters
- Collate staff expense claims;
- Provide ad hoc support around office as needed;
- Maintain proper filing system, including data management and file sharing;
- Collate and/or compile reports;
- Assist with any organisation or government claims, applications
- Assist in the recruitment process from posting JD, scheduling interviews to preparing employment contracts & related letters.
- Handle MOM work pass application, renewal, cancellation & other related matters.
- Staff onboarding and offboarding.
- Perform the full spectrum of HR duties such as payroll, leave and benefit administration.
- Maintain and update the employee handbook.
- Assist the team and the management in other work related matters if required.
Administration/secretarial support to the organisation / Managing Director:
- Ensuring a smooth work flow in the office;
- Communicating and liaising within the company and with outside parties;
- Handling of confidential matters/documents;
- Scheduling of meetings, appointments and adhoc arrangements;
- Taking meeting minutes;
- Assist in staff engagement and welfare activities
Qualification:
1. Singaporean or PR only, 21 y/o & above
2. At least Diploma & above or equivalent experience
3. Highly proficient in written and spoken English
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suites
5. Enthusiastic, results-oriented and able to work independently
7. Able to start immediately
8. Tech-savvy (i.e. able to use or able to quickly learn learn how to operate various applications such as Xero, Canva, Google Suites)
9. Proficient and diligent in research
