Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am to 6pm
- Act as a single point of contact for the Business Units you are in charge of.
- Responsible for the assigned divisions’ HR needs, providing HR solutions to improve business performance.
- Assist in Project Management (migration of HRIS system to workday).
- Assist in manpower staffing requirements and fulfilment. This will include, but not limited to, recruitment, managing headcount establishment and manpower budgeting, reviewing job positions and performance calibration.
- Implement HR policies based on an understanding of business priorities.
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to stakeholders.
- Partner management in key areas such as change management, organisational design, employee engagement and HR analytics.
- Support line managers across the divisions on organisational structure and design.
- Support the Dir HRBP on Union matters when required.
- Assist to bridge any gaps, mediate, and resolve issues between management and staff.
- Facilitate key HR activities with the divisions such as the annual performance appraisal exercise, talent review and assessment.
- Handle administrative work related to people and staffing issues.
- Participate in weekly/monthly meetings with respective divisions or business units.
- Other related duties or projects as assigned by the Reporting Officer.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or HR operations and policy
- Good understanding of labour laws is an advantage
- Ability to build effective internal and external stakeholders’ relationships
- Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation and networking skills
