- Overall, in-charge of the Project, Engineering, and Installation sections to achieve its annual financial & non-financial goals.
- Responsible for the overall project, engineering and installation operations and the optimum utilisation of the units of resources to meet all goals set.
- Develop, monitor, and control divisional annual operating budget.
- Review the performance of the department and implement corrective actions to improve the results.
- Handle the development and leadership of Project, Engineering, and Installation Professionals.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 8 years of management of services operations and engineering projects in the building environment sector.
- Hands on experience in managing a large engineering division.
