Job Descriptions:
- Control and manage stock / consignment inventory including stock take.
- Generate various key reports monthly and periodically including stock / consignment inventory reports.
- Generate export / domestic documents for both local and overseas sales of parts.
- Generally to assist in the smooth operation of the department including shipment and taking delivery.
- Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements :
- Entry level are welcome to apply and job training will be provided.
- Required to liaise with freight forwarder/delivery agent/customers (Chinese/English speaking), proficiency in English and Chinese is a must.
- Min "O" level.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel and Word preferred.
- Experience in SAP will be added advantage.
- Able to work in fast pace environment.
- Salary will be commensurate based on experience.
