Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage executives’ calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating priorities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for executives, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Draft and proofread emails, correspondence, and other communications on behalf of executives
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and various business documents
- Assist in organizing and coordinating executive meetings, including logistics and follow-up actions
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute summaries in a timely manner
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism
- Contribute to the planning and execution of company events
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
- Detail oriented, organized and diligent with ability to prioritize and execute on multiple tasks
- Great communication skills and a strong team player
- Problem solving mindset with an ability to resolve open ended problems
