THE POSITION

Title: Content Marketing Manager

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating/editing content (blogs, ad copy, social posts, website content, eBooks, etc.). You will be responsible for defining and executing our content marketing strategy, including building an annual content calendar to support campaign activity to acquire new clients globally. You will also produce KPIs that measure the effectiveness of the content strategy, e.g., the reach of articles created, google page ranking, backlinks secured, website and social media traffic, the number of inbound leads, and conversion rates.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Research, create, write, edit and update content assets across various content streams.
  • Work closely with product managers, engineering and external contributors (freelancers and agencies) to create high-quality content optimized for SEO and conversions.
  • Develop and manage the editorial calendar, delegate tasks within the team and across functions (i.e., design team), establish workflows and ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Independently determine new topics we could write about and opportunities to repurpose existing content based on research and SEO best practices.
  • Analyze key content marketing metrics and suggest improvements to increase engagement and conversions.
  • Manage any external content production where required (agency/contractor).
  • Lead communication of all content marketing efforts with a specific focus on data and results-driven reporting back to key stakeholders within RegASK.
  • Help RegASK evolve its core narrative, and help us tell our story in a more captivating way across not just marketing but the whole organization.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all media.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Journalism or relevant field
  • At least five years’ experience in content marketing or editorial positions.
  • You have a specific B2B tech background and your work illustrates that.
  • Experienced in evolving a company’s tone of voice.
  • Experienced at handling the demands of multiple channels and different verticals to market.
  • Experienced working with multiple stakeholders and coordinating multiple campaign elements.
  • A validated track record in developing compelling campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of content and thought leadership campaign integration.
  • Proficient in English with strong communications and writing skills.
