What will you do:
- Support the operations, plan, manage & execute promotion campaigns for E-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10, etc
- Prepare and upload product listing including content for various E-commerce platforms as well as the company's website
- Maintain and ensure all products information and inventory are up to date and available to sell
- Receive and respond to E-commerce customer inquiries and concerns
- Coordinating customer service through web chat, phone, and emails
- Managing E-commerce customer's comments and review through social media
- Work closely with various departments head to plan and execute all marketing strategies to achieve the sales target
- Consolidate sales performance from each platform for reporting and recommendation purposes
- Able to work effectively in a team or individually
- Able to start within short notice
What it takes:
- Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing
- At least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
- Hands-on knowledge of Web analytic tools (Facebook Ads, Instagram) is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good writing and copywriting skills
- Basic understanding of design software such as Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
