Key Responsibilities
- Implement effective fundraising strategies to meet fundraising expectations.
- Develop strategies for the identification and cultivation of prospects for gifts
- Develop gift opportunities and create proposals that match the interest of possible donors (Businesses, Individuals and Community Leaders) with the needs of institution.
- Steward, maintain and strengthen and the institution’s relationships with its prospective and existing donors through active participation in; timely and effective communication with donors and possible donors, and strategically planned and organised appreciation and recognition events to continually engage donors.
- Work closely with various stakeholders, obtaining their support while managing expectations and relationships.
Requirements
- Minimally Degree in any discipline
- Prior relevant experience in similar capacity with 2 years of supervisory experience is preferred
