What the role is
You will be part of the Hawker Programmes Department that is responsible for the review and implementation of programmes to aspiring hawkers and existing hawkers in the trade.
What you will be working on
You will:
- Be part of the team that review policies to help sustain the hawker trade.
- Plan and administer the various hawker trade programmes which includes conducting evaluations, interviews, stall visits, data analysis and handling of public enquires.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on programmes review and recommend enhancements to sustain the hawker trade.
- Plan and conduct mass briefings and engagement sessions.

The job might be for you if:
You possess the following qualities,
- At least 3 years of working experience in programme administration and review, stakeholders engagements and customer service.
- Able to work independently to complete projects with minimal supervision.
- Excellent writing, communications, organising and engagement abilities.
- Organised and able to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
- Self-driven and always ready to strive for improvement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- As part of the shortlisting process for this role, you may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.
