Job Scopes:
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone and email.
- Follow up on business development opportunities and troubleshoot customer issues.
- Handle paperwork, including sales quotes, orders, contracts, and deliveries.
- Pack and unpack goods for shipping.
- Prepare monthly sales reports and inventory records.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Prefer to have 1-2 years work experiences.
- PC literacy
- Proficient in MS Office software (eg: Word, Power Point, Excel)
