Job Description
- Provide administrative support, including registration, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate patient medical records, dispensing of medication and cashiering.
- Working cohesively with physicians and therapists to ensure patients achieve positive health goals.
- Provide outstanding customer service by understanding each patient's health concerns and recommending appropriate products and treatments.
- Managing daily clinical operations duties.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Preferably 1-2 years sales experience in the retail/healthcare industry preferred.
- Preferably candidates with prior healthcare/massage/aesthetics and spa setting experience.
- Basic IT knowledge.
- Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin.
