Job Responsibilities
· Coordination and preparation of all project artefacts through collecting, analysing, summarizing information and ensuring artefacts are delivered in accordance to the project delivery process and standards
· Assist in preparations of reports and dashboards (forecast reports, budget status, and other management related reports) at group level
· Monitoring progress of projects and highlight to Group Head of potential issues
· Coordinating and ensuring quality controls for the deliverables are met
· Track and review project financials for completeness and accuracy prior to submission, and assist project managers in procurement activities, including liaising with vendors
· Tracking expenses and predicting future costs
· Preparing and providing documentation to key stakeholders and internal teams
· Prepare meeting agenda, presentation materials and meeting minutes plus supporting documentation for management meetings
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or equivalent
· At least 5 years working experience in Project Management Office, banking environment and/or project management knowledge
· Meticulous, analytical and result oriented
· Good communication and inter-personal skills
· Well-versed with MS Power-point and MS Excel
· Familiarity with project portfolio management tool
· understand Project SDLC process
· Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
· Innovative and adaptable
· Willing to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment
· A team player as well as able to work independently
