Job Descriptions:
- Project co-ordination, supervision and monitoring the progress of project works on site
- Ensure project progress according to the established installation schedule or, main contractor master installation schedule and, where deviations arise, initiate the appropriate actions.
- Assist Department Manager in the administration of contract, claim, variation and any dispute arise.
- Assistance to PM for preparation and monitoring of variation order.
- Submission of progress data for monthly claim and forecast claim
- Monitor site progress of work as according to working schedule.
- Resolve site coordination problems, conduct sub-contractor / specialist meeting on site.
- Assessment of As-Built drawing and preparation of technical manual.
Requirements:
- ITE / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 3-8 years’ experience in Project/ Site Management working in construction industry
- Preferably completed relevant safety course by MOM
- Good working attitude, able to start work immediately and under pressure
