Job Descriptions:
- Handle full spectrum of HR function for foreign employees (Included Payroll, Trainning, Recruitment)
- Manage work pass applications
- Administration of workmen compensation
- Handle company worker’s accommodation such as dormitory rental contract, check in & out and all related matters
- Maintaining of personnel records and ensure filing are up-to-date
- HRIS system implementation
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or equivalent
- At least 1 years of experience in construction industry
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational skill and meticulous
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
