Business Analyst

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our team and help us to translate business needs into effective solutions.
As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements to support the development of new business, products, features, and processes. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to understand their needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend solutions to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Discover and evaluate resources (e.g. technologies, systems, software) that can be used to improve the company’s products and services;
- Identity and analyse each department pain points and improvement opportunities;
- Develop strategies, workflows and operating procedures
- Implement systems or technologies that yield productivity improvements or competitive advantage and help departments use systems and technology profitably
- Identify metrics for departmental and technological performance and generate reports for strategic insights and decision making
- Communicate requirements, strategies and feedback to partners and coordinate requirement studies and training across departments
- Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
- Provide administration & support for access to system infrastructure, data security and uptime
- Developing and overseeing the budget, grants, milestone delivery, and claims status for the resources, systems or tools implemented.
- Staying updated on emerging tech and trends to support company-wide goals
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- A Level, Diploma/ Degree in Business statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in related field or in a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VBA, Pivot Tables, array functions, etc.)
- Deep expertise in Salesforce, SQL, Python and manipulating large data sets
- Deep expertise in data visualization software (QuickSight, Tableau) for effective data and insights presentation.
- Strong and effective written and oral communication to convey findings, with a track record of presenting to senior management

- Self-motivated and results-oriented, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced work environment.
