The Talent
- Have 4-8 years of Java tech stack expertise
- Use Java 8 or higher and Spring framework proficiently
- Work with MSSQL and other relational databases
- Apply Apache Spark or similar frameworks for in-memory data processing
- Utilize tools such as Maven/Gradle, Jenkins/Team City, Cucumber, Selenium
- Manage source code with GIT and practice TDD with Junit, DBUnit, Jira/QC
- Have experience or knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (ReactJs or Angular) and Docker & Kubernetes (preferred)

The Job
- Write quality code and test it thoroughly
- Communicate with tech lead, architect, and business analyst on technical and functional aspects of the project
- Review and update technical documentation regularly
- Estimate time and resources needed for developing solutions
- Coordinate tests strategy with project manager and business analysts
- Review design and code of other team members
- Mentor junior developers
- Be proactive and seek continuous improvement for the team
