Job Description
- Establishing strong customer rapport through face to face and phone communication.
- Perform retail administrative/operational/basic housekeeping tasks.
- Provide administrative support, including registration, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate patient medical records, inventory checks, dispensing of medication and cashiering.
- Assist physician during consultation whenever required.
Job Requirements
- Min GCE N/O/A Level.
- Customer service experience required.
- Comfortable to work in healthcare settings.
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin.
- Basic IT knowledge.
