Job Description

  • Establishing strong customer rapport through face to face and phone communication.
  • Perform retail administrative/operational/basic housekeeping tasks.
  • Provide administrative support, including registration, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate patient medical records, inventory checks, dispensing of medication and cashiering.
  • Assist physician during consultation whenever required.

Job Requirements

  • Min GCE N/O/A Level.
  • Customer service experience required.
  • Comfortable to work in healthcare settings.
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin.
  • Basic IT knowledge.
