Our client is a leading channel partner for games and entertainment software in Asia. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Senior HR Manager to be part of their HR team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the East Area - easily accessible.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full spectrum of HR, administrative, and facility functions.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and legal requirements.
  • Effectively communicate and enforce HR policies across the organization.
  • Manage complex employee relations issues, including dispute resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Cultivate a positive work environment, fostering employee engagement.
  • Drive the recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers for successful staffing.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of training and development programs.
  • Identify opportunities for career growth and succession planning.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
  • Conduct periodic compensation and benefits surveys for market competitiveness.
  • Support the performance management process, including setting objectives and conducting appraisals.
  • Provide guidance on performance-related matters to managers and employees.
  • Generate HR reports, analyze data, and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and maintain employee records.
  • Stay updated on labor laws and employment regulations for HR practice compliance.
  • Assist in investigations and audits related to HR matters.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related
  • Relevant experience
