RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be involved in strategies like workforce planning, succession planning, talent management, performance management, C&B as well as employee relations
- Work together with various business units and provide HR operational support
- Partner with the COE team to help manage full employee life cycle and develop skilled talents
- Be an advisor to the stakeholders on the current industry trends and practices
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 6 years of HR Business Partner experience
- Experience in managing HR transformation and migration projects.
- Experience in managing attrition and volume recruitment.
- Relevant bachelor's degree
