Kitchen Assistant is responsible to assist in food preparation, cleaning, and organising in school F&N labs, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting teachers efficiently.
Job Description
- Assist teachers in preparation of ingredients/ equipment
- Maintain general cleanliness of workplace
- Ensure proper stock-taking of ingredients and equipment
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the school
Requirements
- Proficient and knowledgeable in supporting food studies lessons
- Prior working experience of at least 1 year performing similar functions in school context is an advantage
- Physically and medically fit to carry heavy equipment and ingredients
- Food Safety and Hygiene Certified
- Team player with good interpersonal skills and meticulous
Specifications:
- Contract part-time basis
- Monday to Friday, Between 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (30 to 35 hours weekly)
- Tan Kah Kee (Downtown Line, DT8)
