Responsibilities:
- Handle technical and engineering problems
- Well experienced with Precast yard operation, precast methods/process
- Responsible & ensure smooth implementation and monitoring of work at site
- Gather, check site date, recording and monitoring of site work progress/ productivity
- Propose alternative work method or other ways to increase productivity
- Ensure all workers at site comply with quality, environment, health & safety requirements
- Ensure all relevant permit are applied before work commence.
- Settle disputes & address clarifications on site
- Any other duties that may be assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the Civil projects (infrastructure/ road/ bridge) is required for this position
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, work under pressure and deliver assignments on time;
- Well experienced in Segmental Bridge construction
- Must be able to do Method Preparation for all type of Bridge Projects
- Launching Gantry Assembly and Erection of Segment experience is a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Team player with excellent communication, coordination and personal interaction skills;
