- Administers, monitors and continuously ensures that all operations conform to safety requirements and maintain high safety standards.
- Provides assistance to the foremen in the Dimensional and Inspection charts and calculations.
- Assists the Operation Manager in the budgeting for manpower and equipment.
- Ensure the safety of personnel through compliance with Occupational Safety and Health and Environmental Regulations.
- Ensure that Health, Safety & Environmental operating procedures are followed and counsel employees about compliance as necessary.
- Participate in the preparation of Safe work, Environmental control and Emergency procedures.
- Any other associated tasks and responsibilities assigned from time to time.
- Responsible for implementation of work on-site and all other related matters
- Carry out daily site supervision, coordination and quality assurance of the project site
- Ensure that all works carried out meet company’s quality standards and requirements
- Ensure the efficiency of manpower and machinery deployment
- Plan and monitor site progress and ensure adherence to project schedule
- Coordinate with clients, sub-contractors and workers on all project aspects to ensure smooth and timely implementation
- Support Project Manager and Engineers
- Control material wastage and manage workers on site
- Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time
