THE ROLE:
Senior Executive Business Admin will be responsible for overseeing all administrative duties that pertain to supporting the business division including director level support. This role will support the executive on driving assigned regional business programs and provide certain level of business management and reporting. This level of support includes, but is not limited to, project management, calendar and meeting management, travel, goods & services purchasing, report preparation, and expense reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- End to end completion of all administration tasks and compliance to local legislation and practices
- Assist executive on schedule planning and prioritise key activities
- Support executive on major business review activities
- Support executive on leading assigned business programs
- Support executive on business reporting
- Support finance & marketing budgeting process
- Provide leadership to the business group regional Admin
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Advanced skills and experience with MS Office Applications
- Good leadership & strong problem solving skill
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
