• Ensure strict compliance with the local safety requirements and TotalEnergies HSEQ rules and guidelines are adhered to in the Plant as to provide a safe working environment
• Drive the Co2 reduction project as to meet the 2025 and 2030 target
• Ensure the quality and audit processes are put in place and adhered to
• Maintain, upkeep, regularly review and update One maestro system pertaining to production activities.
• Ensure production process and operations compliance with ITAF requirement for OEM products
• Cultivate 5S and Lean Culture
• Conduct Safety tours and observations with Mancom / Staff / Contractors
Operation:
• Formulate manufacturing policy and strategy to gain synergy with overall business plan and Lubricants Roadmap and align with group Ambition
• Organize supply, production and logistics for both Inland & Lubmarine
• Monitor cost and inventory to ensure optimum productivity and reduce Working capital (WCR /CMO)
• Formulate manufacturing policy and strategy to gain synergy with overall business plan
• Ensure all business processes are compliance to group policy and local regulation
• Drive and cultivate customer eccentricity within the company
• Monitor the SLA to ensure all operation are compliance and optimization of operation flow
• Ensure the plant asset integrity
• Manage plant preventive and corrective maintenance

Requirement
• Education: Minimum tertiary qualification in Engineering/Technical /Management
• Experience: 10-15 years managerial experience in Manufacturing environment under shift environment will be an advantage.
• Knowledge: Budgeting , Contractor Management, Lean management
• Skills:
o Strong interpersonal communication and managerial skill
o Ability to work in an higly matrix and complex international organization
