Responsibilities:
- Conduct employee Induction and Orientation;
- Facilitate Employee engagement matters and Wellness activities;
- Assist end-to-end recruitment cycle;
- Manage and assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties;
- Any other HR Initiatives and ad-hoc projects as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent;
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience handling a full spectrum of HR function;
- Excellent team player who is willing to commit to a fast-paced environment;
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
- Good knowledge of Employment Act and HR best practices;
