Make an Impact by:
- Work closely with shared service team and internal stakeholders on month-end closing.
- Prepare monthly management reports for Finance Manager(s) and Business Unit(s) which includes analysis of operating expense variance against various comparatives for Flash reporting.
- Prepare forecast/budget templates and liaise with various segment owners to consolidate inputs, review submissions and working with them to understand their business needs while making proposal to reduce inefficiency cost.
- Assist product and segment owners in processing cost centre and PIC creation, deletion and adjustment request with Finance Processes & Systems team.
- Process Finance incurred invoices to Singtel AP for payment to vendor.
- Analyse and make recommendations to better work process and reduce inefficiency.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Skills for Success:
- Bachelor/Diploma in Accounting or its equivalent from a recognized institution
- Minimum 2 years work experience in financial accounting
- Organised and meticulous
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skill.
- A good team player who is able to work independently .
- Proficiency in Microsoft software such as Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Knowledge with SAP system, BPC and Business Warehouse would be advantageous.
