Deliver Quality Guest Service
- Contribute to the Guest’s Park experience by anticipating their needs and offering Park information
including events and directions - Look for opportunities to communicate with Guests and recommend the variety of service offered by
Pictureworks - Be an advocate of PictureAir
- Foster an inclusive environment where all Guests are welcomed, respected, valued and appreciated
- Help capture memory
Capture Exclusive Moments
- Capture high-quality Guest photos and utilising the guidelines for image composition
- Create an individualised memorable experience for Guests while capturing their photos
- Capture candid moments of Guests by integrating and supporting all operations
Create Lifetime Memories
- Welcome, assist and invite Guests to view their photos
- Personalise Guest images into cherished memories
- Share portfolio of images with Guests
- Assist Guests in determining which products best meets their needs
- Sharing with Guest on the variety of services available for their own photos
- Guide Guest on downloading photos from PictureAir and offers after-sales service
