RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide Operational Support (O&S) services to Customer Ops Systems
- Provide procurement and project management services to support governance and cybersecurity activities
- Carry out system management and staff efforts to support O&S activities required to maintain the systems' Service Level Agreement
- Carry out project management staffing efforts required to support project execution and delivery
- Supply Support Management, includes provision of logistic support
- Modification & Configuration Management by conducting baseline review and management
- Provide and support technical queries or recommendation for project management scope
- Budget Management in supporting activities such as invoice verification and budget monitoring
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics/ Electrical Engineering/ Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT system project installation and coordination work
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Project Management Software
- Good understanding of IT Technologies and Cybersecurity
- Good communication skills and able to work independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
